"Jobs for Quincy's Future": Republican Quincy mayoral candidate Kyle Moore unveiled a new plan Wednesday that he says will create a vibrant economy.
Moore outlined four priorities: Re-engage the business community, bring in business incentives to help recruit suppliers, develop a long term economic vision for Quincy, and ignite the minds of the next generation of entrepreneurs.
He plans to do that by offering lease assistance for anyone looking for move into downtown to start a company.
"We need to make sure the next generation has the same opportunities to start a business and have a family and to thrive in Quincy like we did. And that's what this does as a start up business program no matter what your economic background, if you have a good idea, the City of Quincy will help you get off your feet," said Moore.
Moore faces incumbent Democrat John Spring in the April 9 election.
