The Lee County Narcotics Task Force is reporting the arrest of a Keokuk man who is now facing multiple drug charges.
Kenneth Leo Spring, 43, was arrested Tuesday following an investigation into his alleged involvement in meth manufacturing. The charges include manufacture of methamphetamine (less than five grams second or subsequent offense), possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house.
Spring was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
