MoDOT looks for public input on transportation needs

In its On the Move Campaign, MoDOT is looking to get input from the public on how to improve transportation in Missouri.  Thursday, they made their way to Hannibal LaGrance University where dozens of people came out to say what they would like to see done to further and improve transportation.  Northeast District Engineer Paula Gough says peoples concerns aren't limited to just the roads and bridges.

"We're starting to hear those themes about other modes as well as needing to focus on taking care of our system but how do we continue to grow and expand our system for economic development and safety across Missouri," Gough said.

Gough said if you weren't able to make today's meeting, you can still voice your opinion.  For more information, you can follow the link.
