Dozens of people lined Quincy's streets Thursday night for a good cause.
The 3rd annual Autism Awareness Rally was held in Quincy. Walkers wore blue and walked from 10th and Maine, to Washington Park and back. The Quincy Area Autism Support Group hosted the event.
People who walked say they did so to support those with autism.
"Not just here in Quincy, Illinois because autism is everywhere and we just need to bind together and show support and like I said don't look at the label, look at the child," walker Carla Shank said.
A local Girl Scout Troop also presented a check to the Quincy Area Autism Support Group before the walk.
