Another arrest has been made after authorities in Keokuk reportedly found a child living in a home with a meth lab.
Shawn Stark, 26, faces up to 32 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force says a probation and parole officer reportedly discovered the meth lab while conducting a home visit at 307 Concert Street.
Bethany Tibbits, 26, was arrested at that time.
Stark was arrested Monday at a different residence.
