Organizers say they want make sure their city looks its best for the upcoming Civil War Reenactment.

"We expect a lot of people to come into town for the Civil War reenactment and so for tourism and economic development.  Just in general we want to have a nice, clean beautiful city," said organizer Aliza Golan.
