Expect some delays the next two weeks if you plan on using the Mark Twain Memorial Bridge.
Starting Monday, April 15th, weather permitting, MoDOT maintenance crews will begin bridge inspections and routine maintenance on the Mark Twain Memorial Bridge. The week of the 15th they will be working on the eastbound lanes. They will begin working on the westbound lanes the week of April 22nd.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane the full length of the bridge Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 4 PM each day. Motorists are asked to reduce speed in the work zone and obey all road construction signs.
