Adams Co. Emergency Management asking for residential damage reports


Adams County Emergency Management Agency is asking for reports of residential damage sustained by recent severe weather and flooding.

Anyone that has sustained damages due to excessive rainfall and flooding should contact the Adams County EMA office at 217-277-2005 anytime from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. by April 26.

Officials are compiling damage assessments to be used towards requesting federal assistance. Adams County was included in Governor Pat Quinn's disaster declaration, which allowed for damages to be assessed and submitted for presidential disaster declaration.
