Adams Co. Emergency Management Agency collecting flood damage reports

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

If you have damage in your home due to flooding, the Adams County Emergency Management Agency may be able to help you.

Authorities are collecting damage assessments from individuals and local governments.

Once they have a total, they can request federal assistance through FEMA.

Adams County was already included in the Governor's state disaster declaration, but no request for help has been filed yet.

To report your damage, call the Adams County Emergency Management Agency at (217)277-2505. Staff will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through the end of the week, April 26, 2013.
