McDonough Co. setting up flood damage assessment centers

MCDONOUGH COUNTY, Ill. (WGEM) -

If you live in McDonough County and had flood damage from this month's storms, officials are opening damage assessment centers to collect information for federal assistance.

Starting Friday, residents or business owners can visit one of nine centers set up in local communities.

Bring information on your home, insurance and damage, including any pictures you have.

Officials will use these reports in their submission to FEMA.

Centers are set up at the following locations:

- Adair: Fire House
- Bardolph: Community Center
- Blandinsville: Fire House
- Bushnell: City Hall
- Colchester: City Hall
- Good Hope: Fire House
- Industry: Fire House
- Macomb: American Red Cross building
- Prairie City: Community Center
