The rain managed to hold off long enough so the annual Dogwood Parade could go off without a hitch.
Dozens of groups and businesses marched, danced or drove their way down Maine Street in Quincy for the parade.
Parade goers say they look forward to attending this Quincy tradition each year.
"I just like looking at the parade and all the floats because it is always different every year and I like seeing all the kids fighting for candy," said Zhanela Church.
And the WGEM Crew walked the parade Saturday as well.
We helped collect canned food items for local food pantries through "Operation Serve."
Thanks to everyone who helped support the cause.
