A New Philadelphia man already behind bars has been charged on additional criminal counts.
McDonough County Sheriff Rick VanBrooker reports more charges were filed against Dennis Thomas Jr. New Philadelphia.
On May 3rd, Thomas was served with a McDonough County warrant charging him with two counts of Unlawful procurement of meth pre-cursors. During the investigation, detectives learned that Thomas was also involved in the buying of pseudoephedrine tablets used in the manufacturing of meth.
Thomas was originally arrested by Sheriff's Detectives on April 30th, and charged with five counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, Solicitation to Meet a Child and Prohibited Sales and Possession of Alcohol.
Thomas remains in the McDonough County Jail awaiting another court appearance.
