Edina man accused of using incendiary device to set car on fire

A Northeast Missouri man is accused of using an incendiary device to set a car on fire.

Mark Miller, 40, of Edina is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle.

The Lewis County Sheriff's Office says Miller set a Ford Mustang on fire on Nov. 21.

A volunteer fireman noticed the car burning and was able to use a fire extinguisher to put out the flames.
