The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Keokuk woman on felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
Dollie Holmes was arrested Thursday, May 8th, at 310 California Avenue. She is charged with manufacture of meth in excess of five grams within 1000 feet of a public park, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, Holmes could face up to 31 years in prison.
