A Quincy couple is accused of making meth within a thousand feet of a church.

Kent Miller, 52, and Pam Miller, 54, who also goes by Pam Westapher, were arrested after a search of their apartment at 212 North 12th, near First Union Congregational Church.

The West Central Illinois Task Force says evidence was found to connect them to a meth conspiracy investigation that started in November.
