High Powerball Jackpot causing people to play

Ticket lines were busy around the Tri-States Wednesday as many hopefuls bought tickets as the jackpot swelled to at least $360 Million.  According to powerball.com, you have a 1 in 175 million chance of winning, but that's not keeping local residents from dreaming of becoming a multi-millionaire.

"I think it's exciting and I don't even care if I get the big one, I just want a little bit but I bought the multiplier," said hopeful LuAnn Young.

However not everyone is putting their money into the pot yet.

"The lottery was quite a big gamble even when it gets pretty high. I'd rather have my money and spend it on things that I can actually get and use," said Kirsten Davis.

This is the third largest jackpot prize ever offered in a game.
