Three juveniles among group arrested in connection with burglary


Three juveniles were among a group of people arrested in connection with a burglary in Quincy on Sunday night.

Just after 7:30 Sunday night, Quincy Police officers attempted to stop a car at 6th and Payson for failing to signal, when several subjects fled on foot, one dropping a gun. All the subjects were apprehended after a brief chase. The first subjects that fled had just committed residential burglary at 318 Maiden Lane #116 before they were stopped. Lamarco Taylor of St. Louis was arrested on Residential Burglary charges, as well as Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Emeche Baldwin, the driver of the vehicle was arrested for Fleeing to Elude Police, No valid license, Failure to signal, and Operating uninsured vehicle. Both are lodged in the Adams County Jail.

Two 16 year olds and one 15 year old juvenile all from St. Louis were detained at the Adams County Juvenile Detention Center for Residential Burglary.
