The West Central Illinois Task Force arrested a Quincy man Monday afternoon after he was allegedly observed accepting meth precursors and meth manufacturing materials.
Jared L. Mallady, 34, was charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetimine, a class X felony. He was also charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors and unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials.
M/Sgt. Patrick Frazier says Mallady was also wanted on an outstanding Adams County warrant regarding a previous meth investigation.
The investigation will continue into other people allegedly involved and there could be additional arrests made, according to Frazier.
