Quincy School Board approves pay raises for several administrators

Quincy School Board members approved pay raises for 18 administrators during a special board meeting Tuesday morning.

Business Manager Joel Murphy says the 18 employees, which include principals and assistant principals, will each receive a two percent raise. The raises will be a total of $28,438 and will go into affect July 1.

Murphy says the raises were performance-based and the arrangement for possible raises was agreed upon during last December's board meeting.
