Jude also worked in similar roles at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, and the University of the District of Columbia, along with being a former volleyball coach.

Ken Ralph is another candidate, and is currently the Director of Athletics at Colorado College, and has been there since 2007.

Previously he held the same position at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and was the Director of Swimming and Aquatics for the U.S. Air Force and Georgetown University.

The third candidate is James (Tommy) Bell, who has served as the Director of Intercollegiate athletics at Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne since July of 2007.

Bell has also worked as the Associate Director for Institutional Advancement at SIU Carbondale Department of Athletics from 2001-2007.
