Quincy man found naked, arrested for DUI


A Quincy man has been arrested after a traffic accident led to the discovery of his driving under the influence.

The Quincy Police Department reports they were dispatched to a vehicle accident with injuries in the 800 block of Jackson just after 3:20 Friday morning. When they arrived, they found a car on its top. The driver, Steven Miller, 19, exited the vehicle and fled on foot after seeing the officer. He was captured in the 900 block of Adams, where he was found not wearing any clothes.

Miller was found to have been driving in the wrong lane, when he struck a parked vehicle, flipping his car. Miller was arrested for DUI, Leaving the scene of a property damage accident, Resisting a peace officer, Improper lane usage, and Driving with a suspended license.
