A Quincy woman was arrested Monday night on charges of domestic battery, unlawful restraint, aggravated assault and armed violence in connection with an incident in the 1500 block of Zellerman Avenue.

Adams County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to a call of a physical altercation between two women at 1518 Zellerman, which is in a mobile home park near North 12th Street and Spring Lake Road. A woman reportedly had a knife and had three juveniles tied up and was holding them against their will.

Oceaner B. Saulsberry, 24, was arrested without incident at the scene. After the incident, the juveniles were located near the residence uninjured and were turned over to their guardian.

Saulsberry is lodged in the Adams County Jail pending her first court appearance.
