Today is the last chance for a free TDaP vaccination in Ralls County.
The Ralls County Health Department is hosting a free vaccination clinic from 4:30-7 p.m. at the New London Health Department.
Missouri health officials want to stop the spread of whooping cough, so the state is holding mass vaccination clinics.
By the end of the month, officials expects to vaccinate about 300 people to protect against Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis. Eva Erby recommends anyone who comes in close contact with babies to get the vaccine.
"After the age, you wing out of it and then you're kind of a carrier of pertussis and then the little ones can get it again," Erby said.
