Another case of a child found living in a home with drugs, as authorities reportedly find a meth lab in a Quincy apartment building.

The West Central Illinois Task Force executed a search warrant at 928 Jefferson Wednesday and arrested 49-year-old Carol Franklin and 48-year-old Rodney Rankin.

Authorities reportedly seized liquid meth and several items used in a shake and bake meth lab.

Police say a child under the age of 18 was living in the residence.

The Illinois State Police Meth Response Team was called to clean up toxic chemicals.
