Quincy man arrested on meth charges for second time this year
QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -
A Quincy man has been arrested for meth possession for the second time this year.
According to the West Central Illinois Task Force, 30-year old Darin Haistings of 1012 Maine, Apartment 3C, was arrested Thursday afternoon on the charge of Unlawful Possession of meth after a search of his apartment. The Quincy Police Department Street Crimes Unit assisted in the search.
Adams County court records show that Haistings was convicted of the same charge in March. He received 24 months probation on that case. He was placed in the Adams County Jail, where he remains.
