Hot air balloon lands on power lines in Macomb

MACOMB, Ill. (WGEM) -

There are no apparent injuries after a hot air balloon crashed into power lines near Macomb on Saturday morning.

A dispatcher at the Macomb Police Department says officers responded to reports of a hot air balloon that landed on power lines early Saturday morning.

Several balloons are in the air in the Macomb area for this weekend's balloon rally.

No one appeared to be injured, according to witnesses near the scene.
