Exotic Animals On Display in front of the Quincy Mall

Lions, tigers, and camels...Oh my! There's a Jungle Safari in the Tri-States.

It's set up in front of the Quincy Mall and will be there through the weekend. It features a petting zoo, a photo opportunity with a lion cub, and the majestic white tiger.

The owner of Jungle Safari says while everyone loves to see the animals, there's one that usually stands out.

"Probably our star of the show I guess would be the white tiger in the back. She's about 450 pounds. But it's literally something for mom and dad and the kids or grandma and grandpa to grab up the grand youngs and come out and just spend the day and have a little fun," said Robert Engesser.

Robert Engesser also says there is one particular time of day that really gets people's attention, when they feed the big cats every night at 7:30pm.

The Jungle Safari will be open from 10 am to 9 PM thru Saturday and noon to 5pm on Sunday. Admission is free, but some parts of the exhibit have an extra cost.
