QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -- Quincy Public School teachers overwhelmingly voted to approve a new contract proposal.
Officials with the Quincy Federation of Teachers say the votes were counted Wednesday night. There was a large majority in favor of this latest deal. However, details have not been released. The previous two year contract expired August 9th.
The School Board has to still ratify the deal. The Board has set a special meeting for this Friday.
