A Keokuk man could face life in prison after he was arrested Wednesday morning on federal meth charges.

Hamilton Police Chief Robb Bell says 23-year-old Ryan Tinder-Bell was charged with conspiring to make 50 to 500 grams of meth. Hamilton police officers and Hancock County Sheriff's deputies made the arrest.

Bell says the arrest is part of an ongoing meth lab investigation in Hamilton and Hancock County.

The U.S. Marshal Service, Keokuk Police Department and Lee County Narcotics Task Force assisted in the arrest.
