Iowa officials weigh options to raise money to fix roads and bridges

Iowa Governor Terry Branstad said he's reviewing his options about raising revenue to fix the state's aging roads and bridges.

Branstad has raised concerns about raising the state's fuel tax earlier this year and is looking for other options.

Possible options include raising new registration fees and raising fees on oversized vehicles, but Branstad has not decided on any option yet.

Coming up on WGEM News at Six, hear from Keokuk Mayor Tom Marion and residents who voice their opinions on a possible fuel tax increase.
