Candlelight service for those suffering from Alzheimer's
QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -- Loved ones fighting Alzheimer's and those who lost their lives to the diseased were honored Wednesday night in Quincy.
The Central Illinois Alzheimer's Association held its annual candlelight service at Sunset Home. The program included reading the names of those who've died and those who suffer from the disease, along with poems and songs.
Every year the candlelight service switches between Sunset Home and Good Samaritan Home. It's open to the public.
