QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -
A West Point, Illinois man is scheduled for court Tuesday on hit and run charges.

Tracy Herman, 50, was arrested in September after Adams County Sheriff's deputies say he hit a cyclist with his truck just north of Golden, Illinois and drove away. Officers say the pickup truck had a trailer attached to it. Herman was eventually located and arrested in West Point in Hancock County.

Hermen was released from the Adams County Jail Sept. 30 on a $500 bond.
