Four arrested in connection with Keokuk vandalism spree

KEOKUK, Ia. (WGEM) - Four people have been charged in connection with a vandalism spree in Keokuk that resulted in dozens of damaged cars.

The Keokuk Police Department says 18-year-old Brittney Ison, of Keokuk, 17-year-old Dakotah Rainbolt, of Fort Madison, 14-year-old Tyson Hagmeier, of Keokuk, and 14-year-old Cole Peacher, of Keokuk, were all arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief.

Over 60 cars were vandalized between Jan. 10 and Jan. 13. Damage included broken mirrors, lights and windows.

The investigation was assisted by the Fort Madison Police Department and tips from the public.
