Sex offender arrested for exposing himself in a drive-thru

WEST QUINCY, Mo. (WGEM) - A registered sex offender from Maywood, Mo. was arrested after clerks say he exposed himself in a West Quincy drive-thru Tuesday.

Marion County Sheriff Jimmy Shinn says deputies arrested 25-year-old Jordan Lee Stout, of 1040 Highway A. He is charged with second-degree sexual misconduct.

Shinn says drive-thru clerks told investigators Stout had ordered something through the drive-up window and when the clerk returned with it, he was exposing his genitals to the women inside and continued to do so for several minutes before he left. They were able to describe the man and his vehicle to police.

Stout was convicted of sexual misconduct in 2009.
