Committee to seek public input on aging buildings

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) - The newly-formed Steering Committee for the Quincy Public School District took some of its first steps Monday morning in flushing out a concrete plan for the district's aging school buildings.

The committee announced it will be holding six meeting between now and May to come up with a district-wide improvement plan.

The committee also announced plans to distribute a public survey regarding grade configurations and building improvement plans by mid-April.
