The trial for a Hannibal man accused of murdering a gas station attendant last year is delayed.

Michael Studer was scheduled to go to trial next week in Boone County. A new trial date hasn't been set yet.

Studer's case is being prosecuted by the Missouri Attorney General's Office after Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton removed himself from the case due to a conflict.

The other suspect charged in connection with the murder, Gary Wiltermood, is still scheduled for trial April 30.

Adrienne Arnett was shot and killed Oct. 8 at Abel's Quick Stop at 100 Shinn Lane in Hannibal.
