HANNIBAL, Mo. (WGEM) - The narcotics unit of the Hannibal Police Department executed a search warrant and arrested two people for crack cocaine and marijuana Thursday morning.

Police say they arrested Louetta M. Dorsey, 30, of Hannibal, and Earl  V. Fullenwider, 22, of Iowa, in the 500 block of Rock Street when they found what they believe is crack cocaine and marijuana.

Officers say Fullenwider gave them a fake name, but they later found out who he was. Fullenwider had an active parole warrant for aggravated assault out of Illinois and an active warrant out of Iowa for robbery.

Both Dorsey and Fullenwider are charged with manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance.
