Hannibal burn ban to be lifted Friday

HANNIBAL, Mo. (WGEM) - Hannibal residents will no longer be under a burn ban come Friday morning.

Hannibal Emergency Management Director John Hark says his agency decided to lift the ban after the rainfall Wednesday and Thursday.

Hark says any burning must be done with caution and to keep within the city's guidelines.
