John Wood Community College looking for instructors

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) - Are you a professional looking to make some extra money on the side?

John Wood Community College is looking for people to fill its adjunct faculty staff.

The college hosted a job fair Saturday where interested hopefuls got a chance to talk with JWCC staff members.

Officials say all available positions are not known yet, but they always looking for talented people to fill spots.

"As we get our enrollment, we determine how many classes we need to teach so we like to have some resumes on hand so we know who would be good instructors for us," JWCC Employment Services Coordinator Judy Litchfield said.

Officials say they are in especially in need of instructors for fields like welding and manufacturing.
