QPS adds time, options to take building survey

Posted: Updated:
The Quincy Public School district is giving the community a little more time to fill out its building assessment survey.

Parents and community members have until April 21 to take the survey.

QPS Business Manager Joel Murphy says the district will also be printing the survey in Sunday's and Wednesday's Quincy Herald-Whig. The survey will also go out in Wednesday's Shop!

Anyone interested in getting the survey right away can text "QPS" to 28214 to have a survey link sent directly to their phone (standard carrier message and data rates may apply).

Murphy says it's important to get the community's input as they move forward with the future of the district buildings.

"The goal for the Steering Committee has always been to reach the highest number of Quincy residents and receive as much feedback as we can in order to proceed," Murphy said. "The new ways of taking the survey as well as giving residents a few more days to be able to complete the survey will ensure that the Steering Committee gets the most infomration possible at this stage of the process."

The survey has three questions and can be filled out by clicking here.
