Surveillance video leads police to vandalism arrests

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) - Quincy police say surveillance video helped nab two people they say vandalized several planter boxes in the Historic Quincy Business District.

Lieutenant Jason Simmons says officers were able to identify Donald Rowsey, 19, and Breanna Parrick, 18, both of Quincy, based on the video after reports of damage to the planters last week.

Both are charged with criminal damage.
