Are you smarter than a JA Achiever?

Quincy University's Main Dining Room was full Saturday night, thanks to a little competition organized by Junior Achievement.

It was "Are You Smarter than a JA Achiever?"

Individuals from the community went up against 4th and 5th grade students who have had JA in their classrooms. The questions covered the subjects of math, science, social studies and English.

"Junior Achievement is a non profit so for that reason we're always looking for places and ways to raise money. But along with that also, it's a great awareness and it's a lot of fun. This event is a lot of fun and we also through it are able to raise some awareness about what Junior Achievement does," district manager Denise Drebes said.

WGEM's very own Brian Inman was the emcee.
