Man accused of attacking three people set for preliminary hearing


One of the men accused of attacking three different people in Quincy Saturday evening is set for a preliminary hearing July 16 at 1:45 p.m.

Calvin Lamont Antonio Snell appeared in court Thursday.

According to the police report, Snell and Lamar Coulter, both from Chicago, approached a man at the corner of 7th and Elm streets and attacked him before taking his knife and money.

Later that day, they were accused of punching two males at the corner of 18th and Chestnut streets before leaving the scene.
