DONNELLSON, Ia. (WGEM) -

Authorities are still looking for whoever stole a donated bronze statue from a Donnellson, Iowa park.

West Point-Donnellson Police Chief Brad Roberts said it was taken from Railroad Park last week.

The statue, known as "Lazy Days," was found in pieces, according to Roberts.

He received a report from Van Buren County Sheriff's Office where deputies said someone stole another bronze statue from Lacey-Keosauqua State Park.

He believes the two cases are connected.

No arrests have been made yet.
