QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

Beer lovers, get ready. Friday is International Beer Day.

Sammy O'Sullivan's Irish Pub & Gaming Parlor in Quincy is among the places celebrating. They are expecting big crowds with their $10 buckets of beer special. That gets you five beers for $10. Managers said Guinness is their best seller.

"Each beer is in an individual cooler so we can regulate the temperature of those beers," Jesse Daniel Griffin said. "When it's served at 48 degrees it makes it not bitter and it is a way better taste, we also serve it on nitrogen. I've had some people come and say they've had Guinness all over the United States and in Ireland and that we are just as good as Ireland."

The pub is open Friday until 1 a.m. and is located at 123 S. 4th Street.
