"Discussions have been held with the owner of the Vatterott property, however, Vatterott holds the lease on its 36th Street facility until November 1."

Vatterott announced in January that the Quincy location would be closing in October.

The Adams County Recorder of Deeds Office said the property, located at 3609 N. Marx Dr., is owned by the Charles and Kathie Marx Trust.
