Salvation Army announces Roy Adams Seminar


Quincy, IL (PRESS RELEASE) - The Salvation Army is hosting a free seminar featuring Roy Adams, an internationally known expert on estate and tax planning issues.  Adams will be broadcast live via satellite from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11th.  All attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, chartered life underwriters, bank trust officers, charitable gift planners and other estate planning professionals are encouraged to attend.  The seminar qualifies for continuing education credits.  Lunch is free and is being provided by County Market.  Registration for this event is required.

            The teleconference in Quincy will be hosted at The Crossing located at 150 S. 48th Street and is being co-sponsored by:

            The title of this year's seminar is "I.R.S. Pushes Taxpayers: Taxpayers Push Back." The technical presentation will include topics covering ethics, the flow of change and its impact, and a real world view of estate planning for retirement benefits.
