* At 2:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 13.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by early Sunday
morning and continue to rise to near 15.9 feet by Thursday evening.
Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact: At 14.0 feet...Both banks begin to overflow. Minor damages
begin.
