QUINCY (WGEM) - A judge in Lee County, Iowa, approved trial information filed by Lee County Attorney Ross Braden in a case involving the shooting death of 15-year-old Deeunta “Dee” Q. Ceaser.

Ceaser was killed Nov. 3 at a home in the 4200 Block of Avenue L.

The trial information filed Friday stated that Meredith “did, having malice aforethought, willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation kill” Ceaser.

District Court Judge John M. Wright approved the filing, moving the case forward for a formal arraignment later.
