Mostly benign weather conditions will persist through the weekend with seasonably cool temperatures through Sunday. Conditions will remain dry although patchy fog is possible through early Sunday morning.

A dry cold front arrives on Monday, but other than a wind shift briefly to the NW, conditions will begin a warming trend that culminates in well-above normal temperatures for your Christmas holiday weekend. Temperatures are likely to reach the low to mid-50s on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with relatively dry conditions currently poised to round out the week into the holiday weekend; these temperatures are 20-25 degrees above normal for this time of year although it does not currently look like any daily high-temperature records will be broken.

While a couple of disturbances could increase the chances of light precipitation later in the week, for right now the going forecast is dry, and anything that does materialize will be rather insignificant. A slight temperature moderation is likely Christmas weekend although temperatures still look to remain 10-15 degrees above the climatological norm to close out the holiday weekend next week.
